Training Session for English Teachers

BLCP conducts a quarterly meeting with all the English Teachers in which achievements and the challenges encountered by them are discussed. The meeting is also a platform for training of the teachers.

In the last meeting, Janine, a native speaker and English Teacher from Kep Gardens NGO conducted an excellent training session on phonics for our teachers. BLCP teachers are all native Cambodians and therefore they require training on pronunciation especially some difficult sounds. It is important that our teachers need to improve the techniques in teaching phonics to the students.
